A 65-year old man in Sao Paulo, Brazil went to the hospital when he found worms coming out of his nose.
When doctors started investigating his nostrils, they found more than 100 flesh-eating maggots buried in his nose.
According to the New England Journal of Medicine, who recorded the video after inserting a camera tube into the man’s nose, found that left untreated, the maggots would have eaten into the man’s face.
The condition, known as nasal myasis, is where the nose and sinuses become infested with the larvae of flies.
