HOW does he not know how to work a hoover?
This video of a young Irish guy trying to get his hoover to start has gone viral.
What sounds like an innocent enough dilemma is actually the outcome of his dad's prank. He can't get it to work as he's been told, by his dad, to pull on the cord as hard as he can to get power. Similar to the way lawnmowers are started.
He pulls and tugs but to no avail, and of course, his dad is there to capture it all on camera.
