Remember when Tom Hardy read the CBeebies Bedtime Story on New Year’s Eve and almost broke the internet? Well, now you can spend Valentine's Day with him too...
In what is possibly the most genius piece of broadcast scheduling ever, the 39-year-old dad of two will read another Bedtime Story on Tuesday, the 14th of February. Yes, that's right, Tom Hardy is spending his Valentine's Day reading YOU a bedtime story. Kids-shmids.
Tom's New Year's Eve appearance sent mamas everywhere into meltdown when he read You Must Bring a Hat by Simon Philip and Kate Hindley, while his adorable dog Woodstock slept on his lap. This time around the Taboo actorwill read The Cloudspotter by Tom McLaughlin, the story of Franklin, a little boy who spends his time all by himself spotting clouds and adventures in the sky so he doesn't feel so alone. When Scruffy Dog comes along, things begin to change for Franklin; how can he concentrate on cloudspotting when Scruffy is such a distraction?
Tom will be joined once again by his own gorgeous dog Woody to tell the story, which celebrates the power of the imagination and the importance of friendship. Ah lads, stop the lights, it's all too much for this mother.
The Revenant actor is just one of a long list of celebrities who have presented a CBeebies Bedtime Story, including Emilia Fox, David Tennant, Warwick Davis, James McAvoy and David Hasselhoff.
If you can Hardy wait until Valentine's Day to see Tom you can catch him every Saturday night starring in Taboo, the hugely popular Victorian drama that he also executive produced alongside Ridley Scott.
