Hands up who knew Frithdíbhunaíochtachóireach was the longest word in the Irish language?
Nope? Us neither.
Seventeen year old polygot, (a person who can master many languages), Timothy Doner asked some of his multinational friends what the longest word in their language was. Let's just say we take back all the complaining we did about Leaving Cert Irish, it seems we got away lightly.
Another note - we are NEVER learning Swedish.
