US Reality Star Arrested Following ‘Drunken Rampage’ And Alleged Assault On Police Officer

American reality star Kim Richards was reportedly arrested today following a "drunken rampage". According to TMZ, the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star was taken into custody in the early hours of this morning at LA's famous Polo Lounge for "unruly behaviour" and being intoxicated. It is believed that the 50-year-old went into a bathroom and refused to leave, before police officers were forced to "drag her out" and make an arrest. The site has also claimed that she kicked an officer in the melée and is now being charged with "trespass, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer and drunk in public". Richards, who since been released from custody, has dealt with substance abuse issues in the past and her sobriety was the focus of a recent episode of the reality show. She is due to appear in court in June.
