For the seventh year in a row, Fota Island Resort has transformed the surrounding woods into a whole lot of festive magic. This year the event is titled Wonder and features dozens of exciting and magical Christmas experiences for the whole family. The event which opens today (Nov 22) transports families to another place and time where they see behind the scenes of Santa’s magical workshop as well as meeting the elves, learning how the toys are made and immersing themselves in a wood full of twinkly lights. If you've been meaning to take your kids, nephews, nieces or friends kids away for an evening of fun, this is the one they'll love you for. Last year Fota Island Resort welcomed over 60,000 guests to the magical experience and this year proves to be no different. The event opens today (Nov 22) and runs until December 23.
