Well, that is, until now. According to Cosmopolitan, a new study by George Home has revealed what you need for the best chance of a good night’s sleep. Via giphy.com The checklist is based on the feedback from a thousand people who gave their tips on how to get some proper shut-eye during the winter months (it seems over half of people find it harder to sleep at this time of year). The findings revealed that the best time to go to bed is 10.37pm (nice and specific) but that’s not the only thing you need to take note of. Via babble.com Apparently you also need some cotton pyjamas, goose feather pillows, a 13.5 tog duvet, an additional blanket AND a hot water bottle at hand.
