“To whom it may concern, I am a massive fan of this Lindt chocolate, hands down the best I’ve come across. I am an eighteen-year-old Irish girls and I know a good chocolate bar when I taste one. Before work one day I was scrolling throw Twitter and seen that a girl had a complaint and decided to write a letter. How she found a complaint about the delicious chocolate is beyond me, but, she got a box of Lindt chocolate in the post a few days later. I thought it was fantastic that you took the time to read and acknowledge her complaint, anyway I thought to myself, if I sent in a complaint would I wake up to a free box of chocolate in the post? But there was just one problem… I didn’t have anything to complain about! So to end my letter I’d like to say thank you for being the best chocolate company and satisfying my chocolatey needs. Also if a complaint is worth a box of chocolates, maybe a compliment is too. I will remain your most faithful customer. Kind regards, Chocaholic, Amy”Thankfully, Amy’s loyalty was rewarded with her very own free box of chocolate which proves once and for all that being nice can go a long way.
Maybe if I write to Budweiser thanking them for my younger brothers I’d be compensated too. Time will tell.
