Opie the puppy found a kitten in a field behind the apartment block he lived in. When he refused to leave the kitten, who was just two days old, the family were forced to take him in.
The kitten was named Roscoe, but due to his age, required a lot of care and nursing.
Over time, Roscoe improved, grew and obviously became best friends with Opie, the dog who had saved him.
