Grace’s Choice: Snapshots of a Lifetime
Grace says: My story of the week was the powerful collection of pictures captured by an American photographer, Angelo Merendino, of his beloved girlfriend throughout her battle with cancer. The photographs, all of which are black and white, are beautiful and so poignant that it would be very difficult for one not to sense the enormous loss and heartbreak cancer causes.
The old saying that, ‘a picture speaks a thousand words’ definitely applies to this album.

Michelle says: I’m a sucker for both babies and animals, so I had a smile on my face for the whole day after watching this adorable video of Paddy and Maddy together. Man’s best friend alright!

Sue says: My favourite story from this week was the cat who decided he was going to take on the windscreen wipers of a car, but sadly lost dramatically. This is the definition of jumping with pure fright. Hilarious.

Úna says: As a person who used to be on stage a lot as a child, I got a great kick out of this lovely video! This tiny tap dancer had enough of sticking to the routine and so decided to showcase some of her own sporadic and adorable dance moves. She’s so carefree, that you can’t help but smile.

Cathy says: This article is very true to life. No matter how hard I try to keep my handbag tidy, random miscellaneous items such as old receipts, lipbalms and loose change always seem to accumulate. It can be a challenge at the best of times especially as I'm always changing my bag.
