The cast of Game of Thrones is set to grow as HBO has announced the next series will have nine new characters.  Jonathan Pryce, aka James Bond villain Elliot Carver, will reportedly take on the role of High Sparrow in the next season, playing a religious man who will lead the poor and oppressed in King's Landing. Season five will also include new members Alexander Siddig as Doran Martell, Toby Sebastian as Trystane Martell, Nell Tiger Free as Myrcella Baratheon, DeObia Oparei as Areo Hotah, Enzo Cilenti as Yezzan, Jessica Henwick as Nymeria Sand, Rosabell Laurenti Sellers as Tyene Sand and Keisha Castle-Hughes as Obara Sand. The announcement was made at Comic Con Friday in San Diego where over 6,000 audience members (some of whom camped overnight) were treated to an hour long Q&A session. Jonathan Pryce will star as High Sparrow Many cast members including John Bradley (Samwell Tarly), Rose Leslie (Ygritte) and Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) were in attendance as well as show creators DB Weiss and David Benioff and author George RR Martin.
