However, when it comes to online dating, there are apparently some universal deal-breakers which will pretty much turn anyone off.
That's according to a new study by Zoosk, which found that a whopping 72 per cent of online daters are instantly turned off by bad spelling and grammar.
Nine thousand people were surveyed by the online dating site and the majority agreed that they wouldn't go on a date with someone who sent them a poorly written message.
Sounds harsh, but we know plenty who would agree.
