The 'studio apartment' *cough* room *cough* features, well... not much. It's a small room with a bed, which has an oven and washing machine at the end of it, a microwave sitting on top of a fridge beside the window and a little kitchenette.
It has a toilet and a shower and the smallest wardrobe you could ever imagine.
While it's located in a central part of town - The North Strand, which is less than 2km from O'Connell Street and the same from the IFSC - it is such a shame to see landlords exploit the rental crisis by offering substandard living to people desperate to get a roof over their heads.
It only went on Daft.ie yesterday and has already been snapped up which is harrowing to see how desperate some people are to find accommodation in the city.
