Some think it’s funny, some think it's shocking… and some get altogether TOO worked up about an online joke!
However you feel about it, March 14th has been christened Steak and Blowjob Day, and we’ve got some tips that will help make sure it goes perfectly…

1) Don’t fear the fat. When buying a sirloin steak, look out for a nice amount of fat and marbling.
2) Don’t cook straight from the fridge. Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse is one of many experts in the kitchen who recommend letting your steak come to room temperature before you fry.

3) Brush the steaks with olive oil and a little salt and pepper before placing in the hot pan.
4) Cooking timings will very much depend on the thickness of the steak. For a steak of about 1½ inches in thickness, rare will take about 3 minutes each side. Medium steaks will need about 5 each side and well will take 7 to 8 minutes each side.
5) Let the steak stand for 2 to 3 minutes before serving so the juices settle.
