We would be nowhere without the dedicated nurses, doctors, midwives and other staff that work in hospitals on Christmas Day.

The services they provide to the public never get enough appreciation and we often take their invaluable help for granted. One team of staff in University Hospital in London not only worked Christmas Day but took 10 minutes out of their break to have a bit of fun. Midwives, doctors and obstetricians from UCLH teamed together to pay homage to the original family featured in the iconic Nativity scene - we can see Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, the three wise men, the shepherds, the angels and from looking at the girl in the front - all joined by a horse?
