In 2015 there were more reported deaths than births in Spain for the first time in history, and it's reportedly down to long working hours and late night partying.
While many European countries are reporting
declining birth rates, Spain is the worst in the developing world, falling by 18% since 2008.
So whats the solution? A Sex Tsar of course. Demographic expert Edelmire Barreira has been called in to sort things out.
