Who knew life could suddenly get so much easier all thanks to one little app on your phone? It’s basically opened up a whole new world of getting around. Amazing. Hassle.com The one-stop-shop for all your cleaning needs, we didn’t realize how much hassle sorting out our apartments was until… well, until they invented Hassle. You can get someone to come help you out around your house as a one-off or on a regular basis. Winning. Skype The invention of Skype back in 2003 brought the world right to our doorstep and we still are a little bit in awe of how it has basically transformed communications. Now a number of families who have friends and loved ones in far-flung destinations can - thanks to Skype - talk to them easily and for free and make it seem like they are in the next room. Thank you Skype. Amazon One-Click Shopping Both dangerously addictive and incredibly handy, Amazon’s One-Click Shopping has become a firm favourite with us. Forget having to remember your credit card details each time you want a new book for your kindle, and never worry about wasting time filling out the ‘Pay Now’ form again. It does exactly what it says on the tin and we love them for it. Smarter Pay As You Go Controlling your finances has never been easier in the 21^st century thanks to a variety of pay as you go options and of course, mobile banking. One of the handiest of all though is the new Smarter Pay As You Go by Electric Ireland, which allows you to track your electricity usage so you know how much you’re spending on electricity at all times and also lets you create spending goals to help you budget. Flying made easier One of our favourite inventions of all has to be how easy it is to check in for a flight these days thanks to one handy invention – getting your boarding pass sent to your phone. Now you can just breeze through the airport without any of the worry the night before ringing around all of your friends desperately looking for a printer. Relief.
