Seven Ways With… Noodles

There are so many foods out there that deserve the credit for being versatile and go beyond the mistaken boundaries of frying, baking and boiling. Noodles are renowned for being used for all sorts of delectable snacks and dishes, but have you ever thought about the other ways you can utilise its tastiness? In this feature, we’re looking at some alternative ways to cook and eat popular foods from across the globe. From unusual dishes to simple classics, here are seven ways with noodles. 1. Ramen Burger A short time ago, a delightful new dish was discovered at a market in Brooklyn that made burgers exciting again. Pad Thai Noodles One of the most famous Thai dishes, pad thai is so easy to make and is packed full of flavour. Mul-naengmyeon A Korean dish featuring cold noodles in a chilled broth,  this meal is very popular in Korea all year around but especially in summertime, because it’s so refreshing. Dandan Noodles Also known as Sichuan noodles, Dandan noodles is a dish originating from Chinese Sichuan cuisine.
