Keys, hairbrushes, bras, tops, bank cards, sunglasses. Nothing is safe. When you eventually get around to tackling the mess in your room, it's like going shopping. Long-lost lipsticks, important documents, socks, earrings and a whole lot more treasures appear from the mess.
2. Last-minute visitors really stress you out
Yeah, you're fine with your room looking like a pigsty. But you're not so happy at the idea of other people being let in on your little secret.
3. Your handbag is like a bombsite
Receipts, chewing gum, necklaces, sunglasses cases, cinema tickets, 3D glasses, parking tickets, half-eaten snacks, coins, empty pain killer boxes, crumpled post-its, ancient No.7 Boots vouchers. These are just some of the things hiding at the bottom of your trusty bag.
4. Your bed is always unmade
Because let's face it:
5. You never wear matching socks
Because that would require finding matching socks. And that just ain't happening.
6. When the urge to tidy hits you, you never know where to start...
Make the bed? Clean the bathroom? Hoover? Laundry?
Your solution? Don't do any of it. Leave it all for another day.
7. You know your housemates judge you...
And they leave you notes and send you texts about not doing your share of the cleaning. You feel bad, but you don't see the mess. And after all:
