Granted we don’t often feel the heat of a few rays, but when we do, our pale skin is likely to suffer some pretty heinous burns.
And while lashing on the Aloe Vera relieves the pain temporarily, turns out a more effective (and significantly cheaper) cure has been stewing in our cupboards all this time.

Best Health, vinegar is more likely to relieve the pain, itchiness, and discomfort caused by sunburn.
The reasoning is that vinegar contains acetic acid which is one of the key components in Aspirin. It will help ease sunburn pain, itching, and inflammation.
Best Health advises:
Soak a few sheets of paper towels in white vinegar, and apply them to the sunburned areas. Leave them on until the towels are dry. Repeat as needed.
Vinegar can also be added to a cool bath to relief persistent itching.
Simply add two cups of vinegar to the bathwater before you get in.
Now all we need is the sun.
