1. Curled spoon

Don’t worry, this is the opposite of a workout. Laying flat on your tummy, with your partner laying on your back, this is the ultimate position for those who are just knackered. Don't worry though, this position might spare you the effort but it won't hold back when it comes to results.
3. Take a seat
Being on top doesn’t have to mean a huge effort on your part. Choosing the right position can give you more control over your pleasure without leaving you feeling like you've just done a spin class. Similar to the reverse cowgirl, sit facing away from your partner but instead place your feet in between their legs. This will give you more control and increase the sensation.
4. Aerobic leg lift

Call On Me? Well, we’re drawing inspiration from that for this move. Laying flat on your side, raise your outer leg up in the air with your partner sat in between. They get more control and you get to lay back and enjoy.
5. Bootyful view
Another position that’s as comfortable for you as it is for them. With your partner sat comfortably, lay on your tummy between their legs, with your legs extending behind them. You can use his feet for leverage and he can sit down and relax – win, win!
