Forget waiting until cocktail hour... now you can have your favourite drink served as an ice-cream dessert. Food mash-ups have brought us some pretty unique offerings, but this is one we’re more than happy to put to the taste test. The foodie dream is the brainchild of Sipsmith gin and ice-cream makers Jude’s, which will go on sale in London’s Selfridges from May 20^th. Want a taste but not London bound?
