Mistake #6: Watching The Clock

Most of us don’t give sex the time that it needs. It’s a fact. Did you know that the average romp lasts less than 15minutes? Poor show. You don’t have to spend hours in bed with your other half but why not try making time for it? Clear an evening some weekend and don’t rush the experience. Spend time exploring each other’s bodies and trying new things. Remember: sex helps us to feel a connection and develop bonds with our partners, so see this time as a quality investment in your relationship.
