The National Asset Management Agency has taken control of the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre and the Point Village.
According to RTÉ NAMA has appointed receivers to a number of companies under Harry Crosbie.
As yet the O2 Theatre is not involved in the process which has come after numerous talks between Mr Crosbie and the agency.
The developer is said to owe NAMA over €400 million. Representatives for Mr. Crosbie are yet to comment on the news.
The Point has apparently been taken over by NAMA.

The O2 is not involved in the move.
