It seems a little bizarre but the CATs initiative has been wildly supported. They have managed to raise £23,000 on their kickstarter already, giving them enough to cover Clapham Common station in London.

They group themselves admit that while it seems like a silly idea, it could say a lot about consumerism.
"Dumb yes, but also this is about trying something, flexing our collective voice in the most idiotic of ways. From all this madness something amazing could happen. Perhaps we'll start to realise that buying stuff isn't making us happy. Maybe cats won't make us happy either, but it’s got to be better than insurance adverts."Would you like to see something like this in Ireland? Though we're guessing people would prefer pictures of dogs.
