The job advertisement says: “The role will be responsible for managing diaries, arranging meetings, organising and assisting with visits, events and travel, and undertaking recess with senior members of staff." “Duties will also include: handling telephone calls; responding to queries as appropriate; processing expenses; and regularly drafting letters and emails.” All things we can do - great! So, what are they looking for from applicants? “Candidates will have a high level of professionalism and self-motivation, impeccable IT skills and a proactive and flexible approach." “Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential, as is attention to detail and a willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks." “Candidates will have the ability to liaise with a broad spectrum of people in order to develop good working relationships and will have experience of working constructively and collaboratively.” And naturally: “The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times is paramount.” The closing date for applications is January 13th, so get those CVs ready!
