Once the festival begins, the public may vote for their favourite cocktail by using the #BestIrishCocktail hashtag on twitter or by heading to the festival's Facebook page.
The winning venue can then lay claim to having the finest Irish Cocktail on the island of Ireland, joining last year’s winner was Davy Mac’s in Waterford with their “Apple Market” cocktail made with Gunpowder Irish Gin.
Meanwhile, any bar, restaurant or hotel in Ireland and Northern Ireland can take part in the cocktail festival.
All they need to enter is a love for supporting Irish drink products and to showcase a cocktail made with one of our official Irish brands for the duration of the festival in their venue. Registration is free and can be accessed easily by hitting up the organisers' website.
