A woman who was the survivor of a horrific acid attack in Inida has posed for a photoshoot with friends, all of whom wore her designs from her clothing collection, Rupa Designs.
According to the
Daily Mail, the women had spent years hiding their faces but decided to come together for this fashion shoot.

Rupa, 22, said: 'I always wanted to be a designer but after the attack there was a pause in my life. I was so insecure and embarrassed by my scars I used to cover my face with a scarf. I always hung onto my dream but I never knew that one day it would be possible and I would be launching my own label.'

Rupa teamed up with Stop Acid Attacks for the campaign. She was the victim of a horrendous acid attack which involved her stepmother. She dropped her last name after her father supported her stepmother in the case.
