The countdown is on to Picnic 2013 - just one week to go!

Our pals over at Electric Ireland are the Official Energy Partners for Electric Picnic this year, and they've come up with a cool way to use revelers energy and dance moves in one unusual way. 

Electric Ireland is calling on festival goers to ‘charge up the dancefloor’ led by 90s fitness personality Mr Motivator with a series of daily Dancergy sessions on the Electric Ireland sustainable energy dancefloor at Electric Picnic.

The Dancergy Sessions will take place at the following times over the weekend at the Electric Ireland tent:

Friday, 30^th August – 7.30pm

Saturday, 31^st August – 2pm; 4.30pm; 7.30pm

Sunday, 1^st September – 2pm; 4.30pm; 7.30pm 

Electric Ireland will be powering the picnic by night with Dancergy Bands (last seen on the Coldplay World Tour)

Dancergy Bands are free of charge and limited – with only 5,000 available to the fastest of fans.

You can collect your Dancergy band from the Electric Ireland tent (beside the walk way to Body & Soul) from Friday evening at 6pm.

Dancergy bands will be turned on by twitter so remember to tweet #dancergy to turn the Dancergy bands on.

Electric Ireland is also encouraging all festival goers who receive a Dancergy band to recycle with dedicated recycling points in the Electric Ireland tent.
