The aim of the school is to educate the palates of gin lovers while learning how to make the perfect mix. None of us can deny the fact that a G&T is one of Ireland’s best loved tipples. Seriously, gin and tonic had a massive resurgence in popularity in recent years. The Fever-Tree Gin School is coming to our gorgeous country after a sold out run in the UK. And let's just say, it sold out for a VERY good reason. So, what exactly goes on at the Fever-Tree Gin School? Well, you'll be treated to a complimentary gin and tonic on arrival (stunning), as well as four gin pairings based on different flavour notes of Fever-Tree tonics. Of course, there will be nibbles. It wouldn't be an event without nibbles tbh. You will learn all about the history of Fever-Tree and the gin distilling process, which is actually pretty darn interesting.
