DO: Get in the Mood

The most important thing you can do before you embark on a self-love session is to make sure you’re in the right mood, if you know what we mean. Setting the right atmosphere is something that is different for every person. Maybe all you need to do is picture Ryan Gosling for five minutes or maybe you need to take a shower or put on some music. Whatever it is, just make sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed.
