It’s less than a week to go to one of the biggest days of the year for the GAA, and the ticket scramble is in full swing.
With the Mayo/Dublin clash as eagerly awaited a final as we’ve had in years, fans from both counties are going to desperate lengths to source the magic pieces of paper that will allow them access through Croker’s gates.
However, we think the more inventive of the fans will have to go a long way to beat this effort by That’s My Dress.

The brains behind the bridal boutique in Ballina have offered one bride-to-be the dress of her dreams, in exchange for a pair of tickets to the final.

Perhaps inspired by our earlier story of a photographer who offered a wedding package in exchange for tickets, Margaret Keavney at That’s My Dress is promising a white gown in exchange for an excuse to don the green and red in Croke Park.
If you’re a bride who might be interested in the deal of a lifetime, you can get in touch with Margaret here. Hon Mayo!
Hat tip: Rachel Keavney sent us this one on Facebook – thanks Rachel! If you’ve spotted something weird or wonderful you think should feature on Her.ie, get in touch! You’ll find us on Twitter here, on Facebook here or you can drop us a line to hello@her.ie!
