A farmer in China has resorted to posing as a model at life drawing classes in order to pay for his son’s medical treatment.
Since selling his pig farm to cover hospital costs, Zhao Chang Yong has been doing different jobs to keep the money coming in for his family.
Zhao ahad to sell his farm to cover the medical costs.
According to Sin Chew Daily this includes being a nude model at a local community hall for an art class.
Zhao’s 22-year-old son Wu suffers from bone marrow disease and his daughter had leukaemia five years ago.
So far it is claimed he has spent over 600,000 yuan (almost €75,000) on medical expenses. He makes 100 yuan per hour working as a model.
A number of local people are also said to have donated what they can to help Zhao and his children.
