The Secret Crush feature (yeah, we love the name too) will let users express an interest in up to nine of their friends on the app. If you're featured on someone else's Secret Crush list, you'll be notified that "someone like you". When two people both have each other on their lists, they'll each get a notification. The feature could mean that you end up chatting to the dreamy lad you met on holidays last year or even reigniting things with the boyfriend you had when you were 13, who knows? It's part of a wider strategy by Facebook to move into the dating market. Facebook Dating was first launched in Colombia last year and is now available in a number of countries, reports The Verge. It's being compared to rival app Hinge as rather than swiping on pictures, users answer questions and start conversations based on details on your profile.
