This non-alcoholic drink is perfect for Dry January

In an interview with the Independent, Nutt said: "It's a drink that is based on the science of alcohol, particularly the low doses of alcohol that relax you and make you more sociable."

There are currently three different Sentia spirits to choose from, which are each designed for different occasions: Sentia Red, Sentia Black and Sentia Gold.

So, how does the alcohol-free drink work?

The Sentia spirits are dubbed as "GABA", which is formally known as gamma-aminobutyric acid, that's an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain that produces a calming effect.
