Were you inspired by last night's Design Doctors episode in Rush? Sounds like you've got a dose of design fever.
On The Design Doctors this week, it was all about making a house a home and designing modern bedrooms for two busy teenagers.

This earthy green was used to break up the boys room and create a separate sleeping and studying area. Green wall painted in 40YY 10/101 and lighter colour was 30YY 69/048, all painted in Dulux Easycare Diamond Matt.

Looking for an area to feature a statement colour that doesn’t overpower a room? Why not paint your ceiling! Here the soft ethereal wall colour is complemented perfectly with a dusty powder blue. 30BG 56/097 was used on the ceiling and Jabot on all other walls. Painted in a Dulux Easycare Diamond Matt finish.

This fresh yellow is the perfect backdrop to this study area, once again complemented by the powder blue ceiling. Colours used are 60YY 57/304 for the yellow wall,30BG 56/097 for the ceiling and Jabot on all other walls. Painted in a Dulux Easycare Diamond Matt finish.

Calm greys with a hint of purple are perfect boudoir colours. Here we paired calm Ashbury with statement Film Noir from our Easycare range. Film Noir was used to paint the headerboard mural on the wall behind the bed.

For this fresh candy stripe inspired theme, we used Sweet Sundae 5, Caribbean Dawn 5 and Spring Breeze 5 for a wide awake look. All from the Dulux Colour Mixing range.
