Dear Future Me is a short video project from two students in Maynooth, who have put together The One Year Project.
Alice and Megan asked a number of young people to write a letter to themselves in the future, and there are many, many positive messages to come out of it.
We won't say too much about it - everyone who watches this will take something different from it, but well done to all concerned and ReachOut, who do so much good work around young people and their mental health.
