RTÉ talent show, The Voice of Ireland, returns to our screens early in 2014, but show judge Sharon Corr will not.
Taking Corr’s place on the panel this year will be Limerick rocker Dolores O’Riordan. The Blind Auditions for the new series will be filmed in the coming weeks and new coach Dolores will join Kian Egan, Jamelia and Bressie on the panel.
Dolores is best known as lead singer with the Cranberries, who have sold in excess of 40 million albums.

Speaking about her appointment Dolores said; “It’s great to be back in Ireland and to be taking part in one of Ireland’s most popular TV shows at same time. I know a good voice when I hear one and I am out to find the best star in the country.”
Corr announced back in August that she would not return for a third series.
