She ended up having an argument with her new husband and a drunken first dance in front of their 110 guests.
When speaking to The Sun, she said that the nerves got the better of her and she ended up having more drink than she meant to. What started as some celebratory drinks in the morning, while they got ready, ended up with 7 bottles of prosecco being drunk by her and her bridesmaids.
When she woke the next morning she couldn't find the rings and couldn't remember much from the day before. She found her new husband asleep on a couch because they'd had a row and she wouldn't let him sleep beside her.
She said:
"I woke Dan up and he told me what had happened. But he didn’t give me a hard time. We both searched for my ring, which we found under the bed in the hotel suite. I started worrying about my in-laws — I was so embarrassed to face them. I had wanted to be a beautiful, classy bride. Instead, I ended up making a fool of myself.”Lucky the rings were found and her husband Dan forgave her. It's a lesson for all brides-to-be. It can easily happen, especially later on in the day when people are buying you drinks. It's also quite common for brides not to have much food on the day of the wedding, either because they're too nervous or because they're so busy with everything else.
