Boyzone’s Shane Lynch is one of the many celebrities taking part in this year’s Celebrity MasterChef.

The singer will be hoping to show judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace what he’s made of and what he can whip up in the kitchen.

Shane Lynch is one of the stars taking part in Celebrity MasterChef. 

And Shane isn’t the only pop star taking part in the competition as Heidi Range, of Sugababes fame, will also be stepping up to the counter for the BBC show.

Other contestants include Les Dennis, John Thomson, Ade Edmondson, Denise Black, Katy Brand, Jo Wood, Joe Calzaghe and Janet Street-Porter.

Heidi Range is also headed for the famous kitchen. 

Speaking about the new series executive producer Carla-Maris Lawson said: “The return of Celebrity MasterChef to this BBC One peak time slot sees thrills and spills and some extraordinary cooking from our lineup of well-known faces”
