A blind puppy and his brother who guides him have been adopted after a photograph of them hugging went viral.
Jeffrey and Jermaine, who are a mix of Labrador and bulldog, were rescued by an animal shelter after being abandoned on the side of the road.
But after the above picture of them hugging went viral the shelter in Philadelphia was inundated with requests to adopt the dogs.
According to
Fox News John Hochman and Veronica McKee are now the owners of the pair who look much healthier than they did when they were found.
Jeffrey is blind in one eye and can only see shadows in the other so relies on his brother Jermaine to get about.
The dogs look much healthier now and have a new home.
