We're huge fans of Ballymaloe here in the office and next month Ballymaloe House celebrates 50 years in business.
Produced in our purposely designed kitchens in Little Island, Co. Cork Balloymaloe is as famous for its relish as it is for anything else and over the last twenty years ago it has quickly become Ireland's favourite range.
