We're aware of how bizarre that sounds but if the research is there, we're not going to knock it. Now there's more expert information and the pros say there's both 'right' and 'wrong' ways to put on your bra. Bra-fitting expert Christina Faraj chatted to Buzzfeed Life and said that clasping your bra from the back is the best way. Why? Christina says this is a method that doesn't involve much tugging and twisting so your bra will keep its shape for longer. However, if you can't hook it from the back (because of flexibility or dexterity), then from the front is okay too. It just means that your bra won't last as long as those who hook from the back. Linda "The Bra Lady" Becker Leo also spoke to Buzzfeed and said that there's one method that should always be avoided and that's the T-shirt method (unhooking and taking it off over your head). “That’s the worst thing I can even imagine. If you want to stretch out your bra, that’s a good way to do it" said Becker. Mind. Blown.
