New research, by Citizens Advice, has revealed that the happiest moment in the working week is at 6.08pm on a Friday evening. (Talk about being specific!)
Proving that that Friday feeling is a real thing, the study found that people are most content when they are finishing up for the weekend.
It was also found that Monday blues are very real too as 1.42pm on the first day of the working week is when people are most fed up with their jobs and are likely to log into job sites.
Sunday evenings are also linked with unhappiness as people are getting ready to head back to work the following morning.
In contrast but in keeping with the trends, Saturday is the day that people are least likely to feel down which means we still have a while to wait until our happiest moment of the week...
