It’s Friday, we’re facing into a Bank Holiday weekend and we’re feeling good, so we’re sharing some of the things that put a smile on our faces this week. Please note, this feature may regularly mention food and drink. Stop judging.

We’re quite sick of the ‘Happy St. Patty’s Day’ craic the Americans carry on with. PADDY not Patty! This Twitter account explains it quite nicely.
Winning Money
Ok, so we didn’t really win a whole pile, but we had a night out at Harold’s Cross Greyhound Stadium this week, complete with a Her.ie race where we got to present the winner’s trophy – and this gorgeous dog with a Her.ie racing coat!

Chocolate
The countdown to Easter is on, but we may have gotten a little ahead of ourselves. One of these babies arrived in to work last week from the folks at Butler's Chocolates… it didn’t make it all the way to Easter. Oops.

Shoes!
Her.ie will be hosting a special lunchtime event in Arnotts Dublin next Tuesday to welcome designer Lucy Choi. We would like some of these shoes. Dear credit card…

Bank Holiday Drinks on Us…
Sue on team Her.ie will be trying a new tipple this weekend – she got this lovely gift from Old Time Zaconey. We’re curious…
More shoes
Her.ie Editor Michelle got a single shoe from Debenhams this week, as they launched their new collect in store service. She’ll be collecting the other shoe instore… she just hasn’t gotten around to it yet – which is a shame as she keeps wearing a single shoe around the office.
Neyo
We headed to see Neyo on Monday night in the 02 with Malibu RED. He was awesome.
Girls Aloud
They’re coming to Dublin this weekend and more than one member of Team Her.ie has entertained fantasies of bumping into Cheryl/Kimberley and becoming instant besties. We also want one of their PANDORA bracelets. Pretty…
Oasis
We got a sneak peek at the season ahead from one of our favourite high street stores, and we were quite impressed!
Birthdays
Our girl Rebecca is celebrating her birthday this weekend, so naturally that meant it was time for cake, bubbles and gifts. You can follow Rebecca on Twitter if you like, and wish her a happy birthday! You’ll find her on @rebeccajmck
