This week we’re looking at tackling those machines once you actually enter the gym.
It’s all well and good to want to get stuck in, but if you don’t know how to use the machines correctly, it could lead to accident, injuries… or a seriously red face.
We headed down to FLYEfit gym on Macken Street, Dublin where we were guided through the three cardio machines to kick you off on your fitness mission.
For any beginner looking to shape up, we went through three key pieces of equipment you need to get to know – the treadmill, the weights machine and the rower.
