The 'hip dip' is a part of the anatomy that personal trainers are constantly saying women want to banish. The fact is, it actually has nothing to do with how big or small or how narrow or wide your hips are. It's bone structure, men and women both have these dips and they just happen to be a little more prevalent in women.
