Hosted by health guru Rosanna Davison and Pilates pro Emma Forsyth, The Ultimate Wellness Workshop promises a relaxing, informative and interactive day of fitness, food and inspiration.
The fun begins with a welcome smoothie (lunch will also be served later in the afternoon) and guests will nab a free signed copy of Rosanna's book

The model nutritionist will present a talk on health, nutrition and fitness (we'll have what she's having, thanks) before a Lagree Method Class, taught by Emma, of Pilates Plus Dublin and later still you can unwind with a Yin Yoga Class taught by Clare Larkin of 360 Yoga.
Every guest goes home with a luxury goodie bag and there'll be a charity raffle in aid of event charity partner, Jigsaw, The National Centre for Youth Mental Health.
To ensure your karma is as healthy as your lunch, a percentage of the booking fee goes towards Jigsaw too.
