If you're looking to wash yourself with the most nutrients and antibodies, you're going to need to collect the contents of your first toilet trip of the day.
While you may be absolutely revolted at this idea, turn that frown upside down as urine therapy used on your skin can reduce skin conditions such as rashes, acne, dry skin and eczema. Urine is also reported to be good for increasing the elasticity of your skin - less wrinkles ladies!
As much as the idea of washing yourself with wee may freak you out, a component of urine is already used in many skincare products. Urea, a part of our skin and our urine, is known for it's hydrating uses and can be found in many facial products.
