Are you going to drink less? Travel more? Maybe even try to save up a bit of money?
Whatever resolutions you've made this January, chances are at least one of them will be to do with fitness, healthy eating or your overall wellbeing.
Sometimes they can be the hardest resolutions to keep but don't worry because your New Year's resolution to get off the couch could actually happen this year.
We have teamed up with Lidl to offer five families a five-week healthy eating and activity programme to help kick-start your 2017.
They will provide the chosen families with a 200 euro voucher each week and in return, you will complete a fun weekly activity and simply update us with your pictures!
It sounds pretty deadly doesn't it? And the best part is that it is actually achievable and easy to see big results with too.
You will be given dietary tips to complement the programme and help you stay on track and in return, you will give us a weekly round up on your progress which we will follow on your own social media channels as well as our own.
At the end of the five-week challenge, you will have the chance to win an incredible family break away worth €3,000 thanks to Lidl.
Not only is it a great way to get the whole family motivated and fitter but it is also a great way to spend some quality time together in the new year.
So, if you're looking for a fun and healthy way to kick off 2017 then simply fill out the form below. Good luck!
